Our local military leaders do so much for our country and proudly represent San Diego’s great military legacy. Join us for the 71st annual Flag Ball and enjoy the opportunity to meet with, recognize, and thank our service men and women for their commitment to our country. Plus, treat your clients, guests, or spouse to a festive night out with live music, a gourmet dinner and the opportunity to rub elbows with the who’s who of San Diego’s military community.

In March, San Diego became the nation’s 21st “Coast Guard City” and the largest metropolis on the list. The Chamber is honored to devote this year’s Ball to highlighting the important role the Coast Guard has played in San Diego.

As part of this special tribute, the event will feature a keynote address from Admiral Paul F. Zukunft, 25th Commandant of the U. S. Coast Guard.Admiral Zukunft leads America’s oldest continuous seagoing service and the largest component of the Department of Homeland Security, comprised of 41,700 active duty; 7,800 reserve; 8,300 civilian and 31,000 volunteer Auxiliarists.
