The General Counsel Roundtable provides a peer forum for General Counsels. Discussion topics vary from public policy issues to operational and other legal issues. The General Counsel Roundtable is chaired by Don Rosenberg, Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, Qualcomm.

The General Counsel Roundtable is a joint activity of Tech San Diego and Biocom. Participation is complimentary for members of Tech San Diego, Biocom or invited guests. This Roundtable is limited to internal corporate counsels and meetings are held quarterly.
